Free trial terms & conditions
01Trial Duration
The free trial period is 45 calendar days, beginning on the date the trial account is activated. The exact end date will be confirmed in writing at account setup.
02No Cost, No Lock-In
The trial is provided at zero cost (PHP 0), governed by a simple Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). There is no long-term contract or lock-in for the trial period.
03Onboarding Included
Face-to-face team onboarding (normally valued at PHP 200,000) is provided free of charge for trial sign-ups.
04Full Platform Access
Trial accounts receive full access to the Sales module, every other Sales Machine module, and the complete mobile app environment - not a limited demo.
05Excluded Add-Ons
Communications modules (e.g. Viber blasts, SMS blasts) are outside the scope of the free trial, as these carry third-party messaging charges.
06Feedback & Testimonial
By the end of the 45-day trial, the client agrees to provide feedback on the platform features and functions, suggest improvements in accordance with the client's processes, and provide a testimonial that The Sales Machine may use.
07Data Deletion Policy
If the client does not invest in a full plan within the trial period, the account will be subject to data deletion 30 days after the trial ends.
08Client's Data Export Responsibility
Users are responsible for exporting and retaining their own data before the data deletion period, using the export functionality available in the applicable modules. Once data has been deleted, it may no longer be recoverable.
09Data Privacy
TSM complies fully with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Client data remains the client's property at all times and is processed solely to operate the trial system; it is never sold or shared.
10Account Deactivation
If the client does not proceed to invest in a full plan, platform access is switched off at the end of the retention period described above, per the MOA and applicable law.
11Support
Standard onboarding, a mid-trial check-in (Day 20–25), and ongoing support are provided throughout the 45-day trial at no charge.
